- Shipping is a flat rate of $5.00 to US addresses. We currently do not ship internationally. Once an order has been shipped you will recieve an e-mail notification. You can also check on your order status if you signed up for an account. Just log-in to your account to see the orders current status.

- All information collected on this website is used for Urban Goddess Designs only. No private information is sold or shared with anyone else.
- Returns & Replacements
- If there is a problem with your order please contact us right away. If you are unsatisfied with your order please package it back in the original packaging in unused condition and ship it back to us within 14 days of recieving your purchase. Once we recieve the item the full purchase price will be refunded back to you, excluding shipping cost. If you recieve your item and it is broken please notify us promptly to get return instructions. If you wish to have the piece fixed please discuss this with us directly for what options are available for the specific piece that was damaged.
- Ordering
- If you are having problems ordering from our website please feel free to e-mail us for help. It is of great assistance to us if you let us know there is a problem with ordering through our site. We will try to fix all problems as quickly as possible.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- The only payments accepted through our website are via Paypal including all forms of credit and debit cards. You do NOT have to have a Paypal account to check out through our system, just select the link for entering your credit card direclty instead of logging in to your Paypal account. We do not accept checks, money orders, cash or CODs. No rain checks will be given for promotions because our items will never be restocked due to the fact that they are all one-of-a-kind.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your order, log-in to your account and select "My Orders" from the left hand navigation menu.
- Updating Account Information
- To update information in your account log-in to your account to access your settings. From there you can edit any of your information that you wish. If you are having problems with any updates please let us know. You can also e-mail us with any changes that you would like done.
- Taxes
- Sales tax will be applied to all orders being shipped to a California address.
